Parimal Deb Nath কুমিল্লা মুরাদনগর উপজেলার কাজিয়াতল গ্রামের মৃতঃ মোছলেম উদ্দিনের কিশোরী কণ্যা রবিয়া(১৪) তার নবজাত সন্তানের পিতৃপরিচয়ের দাবীতে ধর্ষক শিপন(২০) ও তার সহযোগী শাহজালাল(২০)কে অভিযুক্ত করে মুরাদনগর থানায় মামলা করার ২মাসের মাথায় আজ বৃহস্প্রতিবার সকালে শিশুর মা পুকুওে কাপড় ধুয়ে ঘওে ফিওে সন্তানটিকে মৃত হিসাবে আবিস্কার করে। রাবিযা অভিযোগ কওে আমার অনুপস্থিতির সুযোগ সুমাইয়াকে পিতৃ পরিচয়ের জন্য করা মামলার আসামী আমার সন্তানকে গলাটিপে হত্যা করেছে।
উল্লেখ্য একই গ্রামের প্রতিবেশী হারুন অর রশীদের পুত্র শাহজালাল(২০)’র সহযোগীতায় হোসেন মিয়ার পুত্র শিপন মিয়া (২০) তাকে বিয়ের প্রলোভনে জোরপূর্বক ধর্ষণ করলে সে অন্তঃস্বত্বা হয়ে পড়ে। শিপন বিয়ের আশ্বাসে বিষয়টি গোপন রাখার কথা বললেও পরে ঘটনাটি অস্বীকার করে শিপন ও তার পরিবারের অন্যান্য সদস্যরা ঘরে তালা ঝুলিয়ে গ্রাম ছেড়ে পালিয়ে যায়। ওই ঘটনায় গামে একাধিকবার সালিস বসলেও একটি প্রভাবশালী মহলের ইন্ধনে অভিযুক্ত শিপন, শাহজালাল ও তাদের পরিবার সালিসে উপস্থিত হয়নি। সমাজপতিদের দ্বারে দ্বারে ঘুরেও বিচার না পেয়ে গত ২৫জুলাই নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতন দমন আইনে মুরাদনগর থানায় একটি মামলা দায়ের করেন। পুলিশ অভিযুক্ত শিপনকে থানায় ডেকে এনে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের পর ছেড়ে দেন, এবং একটি প্রভাবশালী মহলের প্ররোচনায় পুলিশ মামলাটি থানায় নথিভূক্ত করেননি। গত ১অক্টোবর সন্তান প্রসব হওয়ার পরও পুলিশ এবিষয়ে কোন তৎপরতা দেখাননি। শিশুটি অসুস্থ্য হয়ে পড়লে তাকে নিয়ে হাসপাতাল ভর্তি করাই। ধর্ষকের বাড়িতে আমরণ অনসনের প্রস্তুতি’র সংবাদে এবং শিশুটির মৃত্যু হলে তার দায় ভার পুলিশকে বহন করতে হবে হুমকী দিলে পুলিশ তরিঘরি করে মামলাটি থানায় নথিভূক্ত করেছেন। রবিয়া প্রশ্ন কওে বলে আমি আমার গর্ভের সন্তানের পিতৃপরিচয় চেয়েছিলাম এটা আমার অপরাধ কিন্তু এই শিশুটির কি দোষ ছিল।
এ দিকে মামলা নথিভুক্ত হওয়ার পর ১ নং আসামী শিপনকে পুলিশ গ্রেফতার করে এবং ডি এন এ টেষ্ট করা হলে রিপোর্টে তার সাথে শিশুটির সাথে টিস্যুও মিল পাওয়া যায় নি বলে থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা মোয়াজ্জেম হোসেন জানান। তবে ধর্ষনের সাথে জড়িত অপর আসামী রাবিয়ার ঘরের ১৫ গজ দুরের প্রতিবেশী শাহজালাল (২০) কে গ্রেফতার পুর্বক ডি এন এ টেষ্টের প্রচেষ্টার কথা শোনা যাচ্ছিল আর এ কারনে মামলার আলামত ধংসের অভিপ্রায়ে শিশুটিকে হত্যা করা হতে পারে বলে এলাকায় গুঞ্জন ওঠেছে।
এ ব্যাপারে মামলার তদন্তকারী অফসিার এস,আই দেবাষীশের সাথে মোবাইলে কথা বললে তিনি সংক্ষুবদ্ধ হয়ে বলেন যে কোন বিষয়ে আপনারা এত বেশী উৎসাহী হয়ে ওঠেন কেনো,আর এতো বেশী বুঝলে আপনারা এসে মামলা তদন্ত করেন তিনি আরও বলেন আপনারা মানে করবেননা যে আপনারা সাংবাদিকরা যা ইচ্ছা তাই প্রশ্ন করতে পারবেন আপনাদেরও জবাবদিহিতা এবং সিমাবদ্ধতা আছে। আজ শুক্রবার শিশুটির লাশের ময়না তদন্ত শেষে পুলিশ তার মায়ের নিকট লাশ হস্তান্তর করেছে বলে জানা যায়।
